John was born and raised in Gainesville, FL. He is currently living in Savannah, GA

John earned an Associates Degree in Graphic Design Technology from Santa Fe Community College. While working on his degree from Santa Fe he was asked to become a teaching assistant within the program. While working as a TA he got to help other students with their problems but also learned a lot from the students at the same time. While still in the Graphic Design program at SFCC, John began his internship at Blu Dove Designs. At the end of the internship, John was hired on to become an official member of the Blu Dove family. He is still working at Blu Dove Designs and loving it.

Currently, John is working towards a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design). He enjoys studying all things about design and related industries.

John is also a believer in a balanced lifestyle, he enjoys spending his free time with friends and family, doing the things that make him happy. All of these life experiences are what make him a good designer because if you really think about it, our work is really just an expression of our life experience.
